Larry Begnaud has been with the firm since 1976, when he joined Robert L. Brammer, CPA as a Senior Accountant. The following year he was promoted to Partner, and the firm was renamed Brammer & Begnaud. Now a Partner at Brammer, Begnaud & Lattimore; Larry holds more than 40 years of accounting experience, with 37 years in public accounting. He has extensive experience in governmental and non-profit audit work, management services, and business and individual income taxes.
Larry has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from Lamar University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the state of Texas, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), and the Southeast Texas Chapter of the TSCPA. Larry is a founding board member of the Port Neches-Groves Educational Foundation. He is also a finance council board member for St. Elizabeth Catholic Church.
